As a stationary security guard, your primary task is to deliver safety to one of our customers by being attentive and ensuring everything is in order. You often work at the entrance to a larger company, controlling those who pass in and out, but you may also conduct patrols and camera monitoring. As a traffic guide security guard, you are responsible for escorting heavy traffic that is picking up or delivering goods in areas without self-access. The role also includes tasks such as speed checks, sobriety checks, and vehicle inspections. You may work independently, but also in teams, so you must be able to make your own decisions while also being able to cooperate with colleagues to solve any issues and tasks together as a group. The basic training is 9 working days long and is conducted at various locations in Sweden before employment begins.
