About the role
As Production Manager, you are responsible for daily operations and ensure that the organization functions efficiently and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and procedures. You lead and support employees, plan resources and vehicles, and actively work with workplace environment, safety, and operational development in close cooperation with Field Supervisors and Transport Planners.
Responsibilities
Production planning of 10 personnel, 14 vehicles, and equipment.
Monitoring of drivers, vehicles, and regulatory compliance via IDHA.
Management of time reports, absences, and vacation planning.
Vehicle monitoring, service planning, and contact with workshops.
Conducting weekly meetings.
Monitoring of workplace environment work, safety inspections, and improvement matters.
Analysis and optimization of resource and vehicle utilization.
Ordering of work materials, work clothes, and spare parts.

Have experience in operational management, production, or transport operations.
Are well-organized, solution-oriented, and have strong administrative skills.
Enjoy leading, coaching, and creating engagement among employees.
Have good knowledge of workplace environment, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Have good computer skills and experience with monitoring and planning systems.
