Project Manager at LM Vatten & Värme in Gällivare

LM Vatten & Värme AB is now seeking an independent project manager for our industrial and HVAC operations in Malmfälten, based in Gällivare. With us, you'll follow your projects from start to finish – from planning and startup through execution, follow-up, and closure.
About the role
As a project manager, you are the central figure who ensures projects run smoothly. You work close to operations with good insight into daily work, and you create the right conditions for employees, customers, and partners.
You take full responsibility for your projects. This includes:
planning, leading, and following up projects from start to finish
responsibility for project finances, budgets, forecasts, and results
planning staffing and ensuring the right resources are in place
ensuring work is completed with the right quality, safety, and foresight
participating in construction, project, and customer meetings
maintaining close and good contact with clients, employees, and other stakeholders
catching deviations and solving problems before they escalate
ensuring documentation, follow-up, and closure are handled in a structured manner
We're looking for someone who loves being where the action is, who takes responsibility for the whole picture, and who gets energized seeing a project develop from start to finished delivery.

To succeed in this role, we believe you:
have good technical understanding and experience from industry, installation, HVAC, construction, or similar operations
have experience in project management, site management, or similar responsibility
are business-minded and comfortable taking responsibility for project finances
are structured and can manage multiple threads simultaneously
communicate clearly and build long-term relationships
have strong personal responsibility and don't let an issue rest until it's resolved
have a natural focus on safety and quality
have a B-class driving license
