Job Responsibilities The Personal Support Services department provides services including accompaniment, personal assistance, and contact persons. We are currently seeking two support pedagogues for a six-month temporary position with immediate start or by agreement. The temporary position is for one year with start as soon as possible. Some of us encounter barriers when the world is not designed for how we function. As a support assistant, your role is to support residents in participation and create opportunities for them to influence decisions and services. Description Resident Guides is an initiative that works to reach more residents with important civic information and strengthen local democratic participation. Today we have resident guides working in three of our city districts (Hisingen, Northeast, Southwest). Project ReCharge - SF Northeast Seeks Work Specialist

Job Responsibilities Do you want to be part of developing the future of social work and create real change in people's lives? Engaged Unit Manager Sought for Newly Launched Residential Care Facility with Special Services on Hisingen!

Responsibilities Would you like to lead our residential facilities with special services in the Hisingen urban area? Are you a leader who sees opportunities, inspires joy, and celebrates successes? Then we have the role for you! We are now seeking a unit manager for our management team. You will be responsible for a newly launched residential facility with special services focused on social psychiatry and autism. As a unit manager, you will work to create a safe and developmental environment for both residents and staff. Your main tasks are to lead, organize, and develop operations in accordance with current legislation, objectives, guidelines, and within budgetary constraints. The position includes personnel, finance, and workplace environment responsibility for the operational area. You are expected to be active in the area's development work and contribute your knowledge and experience in our management meetings. We offer you an exciting and developmental role working with knowledgeable and experienced colleagues and staff. The team consists of 11 unit managers and one methodology developer. Within the management group, we work with residential facilities with special services and residential support. As a new member of our team, you will have a mentor in the form of a senior colleague. To continuously develop in our management roles, we have the benefit of internal leadership training. Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant higher education of at least 180 university credits, such as a degree in social work, social care programs, or other education that the administration deems appropriate. You have management experience with responsibility for budget, personnel and workplace environment, and operational development, and are well versed in current legislation regarding support for people with disabilities. Experience as a unit manager in municipal support services or other healthcare and care operations, as well as collaboration with health and medical services, is a merit. We are looking for someone who sees opportunities for change while creating situations where new ideas and suggestions can be developed. You are motivated by clearly defined goals and have the ability to translate these into concrete actions and can reprioritize when needed. You also follow up and report on your results and goals. You are calm and confident, even in pressured and difficult situations. You are communicative and can convey information and ideas clearly and ensure your message gets across, both verbally and in writing.
