Now we are looking for you who wants to contribute to the development of our residential areas by working with residential mobilization, collaboration, and strengthened empowerment. Work tasks At Bostadsbolaget, long-term work is underway with a special focus on our development areas Hammarkullen, Biskopsgården, and Tynnered. The goal is that none of Gothenburg's districts should appear on the police's list of particularly vulnerable areas by 2030. We have a specific mandate to contribute to community development and improved integration. To reach our goal, we work together with other actors in the city to reduce inequality and increase participation. In your role as a temporary development manager, you will be part of the Social Sustainability unit, Hisingen district. The position is located in Biskopsgården where you have a special responsibility to initiate and drive resident dialogues, collaboration processes, and mobilizing initiatives in the area. Your work includes: developing and implementing activities and projects that strengthen relationships, participation, and empowerment among residents. leading and coordinating collaboration processes with internal and external actors. writing, formulating, and following up collaboration agreements such as IOP (idea-driven public partnership). working both strategically and operatively to create long-term change. contributing to the development of methods and approaches for residential mobilization and local development. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: relevant university education or equivalent experience in social sustainability, resident dialogue, or collaboration work. documented experience driving collaboration processes. the ability to work independently and take responsibility for both strategic and operational tasks. good communication skills and experience adapting messages for different target audiences. It is a merit if you also have experience with: writing agreements, such as IOPs and other collaboration agreements. initating and implementing development projects focused on residential mobilization and local participation. experience from the real estate industry and working with development projects in complex environments.
