Part of something larger Svevia's industry division is in an expansive phase, and ambitions are high. The goal is to be a leading player in asphalt operations in Sweden. Behind every road is more than the obvious surface: an entire industry of knowledge and delivery capability. Our offering is an industrial process. From stone to finished road. It all starts with a quarry, which becomes aggregate, which is then used in asphalt manufacturing, which is finally laid on the road. With more than 70 of our own rock quarries, our own production of asphalt, bituminous emulsion, and thermoplastic, we have a breadth that no one else has. In our laboratories, we conduct material analyses and ensure that products meet standards and requirements. And our skilled teams in milling, asphalt paving, tank coating, and road marking ensure that the delivery is complete. Why Svevia? With us, you quickly become part of the team and we take care to be a workplace for everyone. Decision-making paths are short, it's easy to influence and make your voice heard. We have career paths for those who want to become managers and leaders or who want to develop in your existing professional role. It is as a team that we create success. That is how we do business and generate results. That is how we make cities and rural areas function. Do you want to share the road with us? Application and information This position is a permanent employment starting by agreement. You apply simply by submitting your CV and answering a few screening questions. Our recruitment process is based on a competence-based approach, which is a prerequisite for recruiting with quality assurance, inclusion, and without bias. Therefore, we do not want a personal letter. This process includes tests and we use MAP (personality test) and Matrigma (work psychology test). Final candidate will also be subject to a background check. Submit your application no later than August 16. Please note that since we are currently on vacation, the selection process will begin after the final application deadline. If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact Operations Manager Daniel Aldén at [email protected]. If you have questions about the recruitment process, contact Caroline Wallin, Talent Acquisition Business Partner at [email protected]. We have made a decision regarding advertising, which means we do not want sales calls regarding further questions about advertising, recruitment, or staffing.
