Main Responsibilities As platoon commander, you are responsible for the platoon's operations, personnel, and development. You lead the platoon's daily work and ensure that training, exercises, and readiness are conducted according to established objectives. Your responsibilities include: Plan, lead, and monitor the platoon's operations. Responsible for the platoon's operational capability and readiness. Coordinate logistical support within the company. Responsible for training and exercise activities. Exercise personnel responsibility for subordinate staff. Coordinate operations with other parts of the company. Participate in planning and implementation of exercises, deployments, and readiness activities. Contribute to the development of logistical procedures and work methods. REQUIREMENTS Qualifications Approved officer's degree or specialist officer's degree. Swedish citizen. Driver's license class B. Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. Good physical capability according to Swedish Armed Forces requirements. Personal Qualities We are looking for you as a confident and clear leader with good collaboration skills. You have high responsibility, good planning ability, and the ability to make decisions even under time pressure. You are motivated by developing both operations and employees and have a strong interest in logistics and leadership. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. MERITORIOUS Experience in the position of platoon commander or deputy platoon commander. Experience in logistics service or supply operations. Experience from national or international deployments. Military heavy truck license or other heavy vehicle systems. Education in logistics or supply service. Instructor or leadership training within the Swedish Armed Forces.
