Description Individual and Family Services (IFO) is part of the Learning and Work department, together with Individuals and Development, Adult Education, and the municipality's Learning Center. IFO is responsible for authority functions according to the Social Services Act (SoL), LVU, and LVM for children and adults, and also offers open care and open support. A total of approximately 30 people work within the operation. Our common goal is to create positive results for those we serve. We are expanding our staffing and are therefore seeking a new colleague for our children's team. IFO is divided into a Children's Team, an Adults' Team, and a shared Open Care with focus on family and addiction treatment, as well as parental support and youth counselor services. The Children's Team now consists, with this expansion, of 14 employees, two of whom have intake functions.
