Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant academic education and completed principal training. You have good knowledge of school governing documents, legislation and curricula, and are well familiar with systematic quality work, development work and cooperation. Furthermore, you have good understanding of employer matters and collective agreements, good system familiarity and see the opportunities in digitalization and AI as support for operational development. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. It is meritorious if you have experience leading educational activities, preferably as Head of Schools or in an equivalent strategic leadership role. We also view positively experience from working in a politically governed organization as well as broad experience from different parts of educational activities. As a leader, you are confident, structured and strategic. You have the ability to create engagement, build trusting relationships and lead through cooperation. The work tasks include internal collaboration within the department as well as external collaboration with, for example, the Region. You will decide on and follow up on measures to meet the needs of the individual, based on the respective target group. Qualifications You are a social worker (socionom), and preferably have experience working with the Adult Group's area. You have good knowledge of applicable legislation. You should also have good experience in documentation and express yourself well in speech and writing. It is important in this work that you are structured and flexible.
