The work tasks include internal collaboration within the department as well as external collaboration with, for example, the Region. You will meet people from age 18 and onwards, and this may also include contact with family members. You will decide on and follow up on measures to meet the needs of the individual, based on the respective target group. Qualifications You are a social worker (socionom), and preferably have experience working with the Adult Group's area. You have good knowledge of applicable legislation.
