Job Responsibilities As a special education teacher, you are a qualified advisor and development resource for preschool directors and educators. You work both strategically and operationally to develop an accessible education where all children are given the conditions to succeed. You mentor work teams, conduct pedagogical assessments, and contribute to the development of inclusive learning environments. You participate in systematic quality work and collaborate with guardians and external actors when needed. Qualifications Requirements for the Position Special Education Teacher degree. Good Swedish language skills in speaking and writing. Good computer skills. Driver's license (category B). Geniune interest in working with people. It is advantageous if you have experience as a special education teacher in preschool, have collaborated with, for example, SPSM, and have experience with documentation in Prorenata. As a person, you are confident, professional, and have good self-awareness. You collaborate well with others and build trusting relationships. With your special education expertise, you guide and support educators and adapt your communication according to the recipient and situation. You work in a structured manner, plan and prioritize your work efficiently, and contribute through a positive and responsible approach to the development of the operation.
