Grounds Maintenance Supervisor - Sanitation

Ref: 20261459 The grounds maintenance unit at Municipal Technology currently manages maintenance and operations of public spaces throughout Malmö on behalf of the Property and Street Office, as well as maintenance of portions of municipal land on behalf of City Properties. The unit's collective responsibilities include emptying paper bins, litter collection, weed removal, street sweeping, trimming of bushes and trees, and planting. The unit also operates its own greenhouse where we cultivate annuals and manage Malmö's municipal flower program. We are now seeking a supervisor for one of the unit's sanitation teams. Job Responsibilities As a supervisor, you will plan, develop, and lead the work of your team consisting of approximately 10-15 employees. Together with your work team, you will oversee, manage, and develop the city's sanitation services in municipal areas. You will employ a trust-based management approach that permeates all aspects of the role. You hold personnel and workplace safety responsibility for team members and report to the section manager, who is part of the grounds maintenance leadership group. You will also participate in implementing processes and continuous business development. Your responsibilities are both administrative and operational. Workplace Description Lund University Diabetes Centre (LUDC; www.ludc.med.lu.se) hereby announces a position for a bioinformatician. Nurse at Infectious Disease Clinic in Malmö with Assignment in Needle Exchange Program

The Department of Infectious Diseases at Skåne University Hospital (SUS) consists of approximately 330 employees and provides specialized care for infectious diseases and immunodeficiency. The operation has one department in Lund and two in Malmö. We have a clinic, needle exchange program, and administration, and conduct extensive consultation services at SUS and within the region. The department has broad contact points with other operations at the hospital, as well as with other actors in healthcare such as Infection Control Skåne, healthcare hygiene, and clinical microbiology, as well as universities and colleges. 1 position(s). WORK ASSIGNMENTS We are now welcoming a nurse to our infectious disease clinic with an assignment in the Needle Exchange Program for a temporary position that extends over one year. The two main purposes of the needle exchange program in accordance with the needle exchange act are to prevent blood-borne infections and to curatively work toward freedom from drugs. You work in a team together with doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, a social worker, and a midwife. The main work assignments are the management of infections in the target group. This includes bacterial infections such as skin and soft tissue infections as well as viral infections such as hepatitis C. The work assignments include informing about infection risks and protection against infection, informing about the risks of drug injection and harmful use of alcohol. The work assignments also include distribution of needles and syringes, motivational and supportive conversations, wound dressing, specimen collection, and vaccinations. During the academic terms, outreach activities are also conducted at emergency shelters in the city of Malmö. We also conduct close cooperation with other authorities and voluntary organizations. At the infectious disease clinic, the work assignments consist of nurse-led clinic for various diagnostic groups and telephone advice. Both scheduled and acute clinic activities occur for adults. Here you meet, among others, patients with hepatitis, HIV, tuberculosis, MRSA, tropical infections, and not least acute infectious diseases such as sepsis, pneumonia, and influenza. Your main assignments are to work at the Needle Exchange Program, but work at the infectious disease clinic may occur.
