Job Responsibilities
The Project Unit is one of four units at City Properties. Our mission is to oversee building renovations and new construction, and to manage leasing arrangements on the external market. For leasing, we represent the City of Malmö in the external real estate market. We are now seeking a premises coordinator with a focus on leasing, lease agreements, and negotiations.
As a premises coordinator at the Project Unit, you will contribute your expertise and provide support to Malmö city's administrations regarding premises acquisition, both internally and in the external real estate market. You will also collaborate with other units in the department. Furthermore, a major focus will be on premises acquisition and lease negotiations within Malmö city. We represent the city in the external real estate market and supply the city with premises.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with education of at least 180 credits in surveying, law, or real estate management, or alternatively other education combined with work experience that the employer deems equivalent.
To be considered for the position, you also need at least five years of relevant experience with lease law matters, experience with negotiations regarding leasing in and/or out, and experience working with public properties and/or commercial real estate.
We would also like you to have experience with and/or knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU).
You need good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills.

The work involves many contacts both internally and externally, so it is important that you are communicative, have good collaboration skills, and have a natural ability to build relationships and networks. About the Workplace
City Properties' 190 employees manage Malmö city's real estate for schools, childcare, elderly care, and culture. The portfolio comprises over 1.8 million square meters and generates annual revenues of approximately 2 billion kronor. Our most important task is to meet our premises users' needs for well-functioning facilities.
The Service Administration is divided into five departments and offers everything from transportation services to IT and answering citizens at Malmö city's contact center. We maintain streets, parks, green spaces, and beaches, manage all of Malmö city's buildings, and ensure our school students receive good and nutritious meals.
