Terms of Employment Permanent employment, full-time. We offer rotation of day, evening, weekend, and night shifts. We use a wish schedule with the possibility to work night shifts only. When rotating toward night, we follow Region Västmanland's guidelines. For each night shift, four hours of working time reduction is given. For permanent nights, the weekly working time is 32 hours (full-time). On-call compensation for nurses is enhanced by 40% according to local agreement with Vårdförbundet. Start date by agreement.
