Your Responsibilities As an educator, you will plan and conduct training for various target groups within the administration. You will convey knowledge in a clear and pedagogical manner and adapt the training to participants' prior knowledge and needs. Using various methods such as theory, practical sessions, role-playing, and reflection, you will create engagement and participation. The role also includes administrative tasks such as booking training sessions, preparing attendance lists, and communicating with managers. The Education Center works on behalf of the operations, which means that both the content of the training and target groups may change over time. It's a plus if you enjoy developing and improving training programs, but what matters most is that you enjoy the educator role itself and the interaction with participants. Examples of training we conduct include onboarding for new employees, medication training prior to delegation, documentation, and hygiene. Your Qualifications We're looking for someone who loves their job and always keeps the customer in focus. You're comfortable speaking to groups and have a natural talent for teaching. You can easily create engagement and participation and can adapt your teaching approach to different participants and situations. You are trained as a nursing assistant, specialist nursing assistant, or registered nurse with solid knowledge in your professional field. Since the work also includes administrative tasks, it's important that you are thorough, organized, and experienced with digital tools. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. It's an asset if you already have experience in training, mentoring, or lecturing.
