Your Responsibilities You will conduct assessments and pedagogical evaluations, and contribute to processes regarding measures and interventions for students in need of support. You mentor and support teachers in the work of adaptations and accessible learning environments. You also work directly with students who need support in daily operations, as the role is not only strategic and administrative but also practice-oriented. You actively participate in special support work and in the student welfare team's (EHT) collaborative efforts. Together, you contribute to the development of student welfare in the school's systematic quality work and in efforts for early interventions and increased goal achievement. Your Competencies Most importantly, you have great drive and commitment in your work. You meet people and situations with curiosity and an open mind with the desire to understand. You are good at seeing possibilities and finding solutions when problems arise. You collaborate easily with others and are skilled at building relationships and trust with both staff, students, and guardians. You enjoy freedom with responsibility and are comfortable being independent in your work and dare to take initiative when you see the need. You have an interest and desire to work as support for students and to mentor school staff on pedagogical matters. You are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach in primary school and hold a special education degree. You have good skills in handling computers and other technical aids in daily work and have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
