There is a medical director employed who, together with the doctor team, works to create a good work environment, from both group and individual perspectives, find new ways to create good patient safety and teamwork with all professional categories. Currently on site are 6.5 permanent district doctors at the two health centers, and together we have 5 specialist training doctors, plus a licensed doctor/trainee specialist.
