About the Job
We're looking for you—someone who loves food, people, and sales—to join our great team at Willys Motala Bråstorp! In short, this role means helping our customers shop for good, sustainable food at really great prices.
Job Details:
- Temporary position: 26 hours per week until 2027-06-11
- Start Date: 2026-08-31 or by agreement
- Working Hours: You'll rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends
- Requirements: High school diploma, strong Swedish skills (speaking and writing). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks.
More About the Role:
Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the daily operations of the grocery section—keeping the store well-stocked and looking great. You may also pick, pack, and hand out e-commerce items.
You'll greet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it.
After some time, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability targets.

About You

- It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not required.
- You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's fantastic!
