We are looking for someone who wants to give that extra something to ensure our elderly residents enjoy their time at our facility during the summer months. About the Position As a temp worker, your work will involve providing good care and support to our elderly residents. You will work from a person-centered approach and will perform tasks including: Receive medication delegation from the registered nurse Organize engaging activities Handle documentation and incident reports Work together with colleagues to take overall responsibility for planning and distributing work tasks Maintain clear communication with HSL staff; registered nurses, rehab personnel, and on-call nurses Work Hours and Percentage: Varying hours. Days/evenings/weekends/nights. Salary: We apply individual salary setting, other compensation according to collective agreement Start Date: By agreement. Who Are You? We would appreciate if you are a trained nursing assistant or care aide with experience from senior living facilities or home care services. In addition to education and experience, your personal qualities are equally important.
