Kunskapsskolan's first schools opened in 2000, and today more than 14,500 students attend 30 primary schools and 5 upper secondary schools. Kunskapsskolan Motala is a primary school for grades 4-9. The school is located in the Luxor area in a renovated former industrial building, adapted to suit our educational approach. About the Role Would you like flexible work where you make a real difference in young people's daily lives? We are now seeking substitute teachers who can step in on short notice to replace our regular staff when they are absent. As a substitute teacher with us, you will lead lessons based on existing plans and ensure that the school day runs safely and smoothly. What We Offer You To help you feel confident in your role, your employment will begin with a two-day introduction. During these days, you will shadow our experienced teachers at the middle and upper secondary levels, familiarize yourself with our routines, and get to know the school. We Are Looking for You If You: Have good computer skills, as digital tools are used in daily instruction. Have experience leading student groups (for example, from previous school work, volunteer organizations, sports, or camp activities). Are flexible, find it easy to build relationships, and can take initiative when the situation requires it. Position Details This is an hourly position.
