Our location offers good communications and good connections to Linköping and Mjölby. Vårdcentralen Marieberg is part of a primary care center (PVC) and we have just over 35 employees. In our catchment area we have approximately 9,000 residents registered with us. Our goal is for the health center to be an attractive workplace where we promote a good working environment, focus on good patient care, high medical competence and a purposeful focus on working with continuous improvements. Job description
We offer you a challenging and varied position at our medical clinic. We hope you will be interested in the breadth of the general medicine specialty and can imagine a future in primary care. As a medical resident with us, you will receive regular supervision and the opportunity to participate in training together with other medical residents. Together we will design an introduction based on your needs.
About you
We are looking for you with a medical degree or Swedish medical license (attached to your application). Furthermore, you have Swedish language skills equivalent to Swedish C1 level. Since you work in constant dialogue with patients, family members, colleagues and other activities, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing.
As a person you are confident in yourself and have good cooperation skills. You have good judgment and communicate clearly. It is also important that you are unpretentious, curious to learn new things and see constructive feedback as a natural part of daily work. You are able to plan, organize and prioritize your work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
