About Us Smeagården welcomes boys aged 14–20 with psychosocial and/or neuropsychiatric difficulties. It is common for the young people to have gotten involved in various forms of destructive behaviors and unsuitable environments. Other problem areas can include difficulties with anger or impulse control, emerging criminality, conflict-filled relationships, and various forms of risk behaviors. About the Position In close collaboration with the Operations Manager, actively develop and improve operations and ensure that its goals and mission are achieved. The role involves planning, leading, and following up on staff work, as well as serving as a key support between management and the staff group. The position is also responsible for ensuring that staff client work is conducted in full compliance with applicable laws and guidelines. Terms of Employment The position is permanent with a six-month probationary period. The employment rate is 100% and you will work daytime hours, Monday to Friday. Salary is by agreement; other compensation is according to the collective agreement. Start date is by agreement. What Do You Get? You should be action-oriented, results-driven, and have good self-awareness. We would like to see that you have good communication skills where you find it easy to create and maintain contacts. For this position, you must have: Relevant higher education or university education in social care (for example, a degree in social work or behavioral science) B-class driver's license Experience working in similar operations Experience with documentation work Good knowledge of social law, including the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities (LSS). Good knowledge of the work environment area and understanding of the employer's responsibility. Very good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish. Good IT skills and the ability to work in operational systems. Well versed in the laws, regulations, and guidelines that govern the operation. What Happens Next?
