We serve men and women aged 18-65 with some form of mental functional disability. We have provided psychiatric care since 1977. Thus, there is extensive experience working with people in need of, among other things, mental and social care. Since 2006, we have focused on support and care for people with dual diagnoses (comorbidities). We work with contact person responsibilities, which means you serve as a contact person for several residents and are responsible for planning and follow-up of their services based on an implementation plan. Daily planning is conducted for ADL, activities, outings, and motivational conversations. We use the methods Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Low-Arousal Approach. The purpose of the conversation method is to promote motivation and behavioral change. Documentation is conducted continuously through journaling in Infosoc. We work with Individual Needs in Focus (IBIC), which is a method to identify and describe the individual's needs, resources, goals, and outcomes with a clear focus on the individual's own resources, goals, and active participation. Education/Experience You have completed a nursing program, mental health care worker training, or equivalent documented care or educational training. You need to have basic computer skills. The digital journal system and email are your most important work tools alongside contact with residents. We do not expect you to know the system beforehand, but you need to be able to learn it quickly. The work requires that you have very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. A Class B driver's license is required, to be able to transport residents to activities, appointments, or medical visits, etc., regardless of distance. You will work in a team environment where you are expected to be able to collaborate and have the ability to work independently. We place great importance on personal suitability.
