Bockaraskolan is a smaller school with approximately 40 students in grades F-6, divided into three classes: PreK-Grade 2, Grades 3-4 and Grades 5-6. Group sizes vary between 8-16 students. The school is located in the middle of Bockara with proximity to a bus stop and surrounded by forest and nature, which provides an inspiring environment for students and staff.
Kristdalaskolan is also a smaller school with approximately 100 students in grades F-6. Most of the classes here are age-homogeneous with group sizes of 13-25 students. The school has the afterschool care facility Regnbågen, and the school is centrally located in the community with close access to a bus stop at Kristdala torg.
Our schools work according to the KRIBO model, a joint development effort in our rector's area to create clear structures, good teaching and positive relationships. Job Description
Your assignment is to lay the foundation for A Good Life for the students you meet with us! In the role of substitute teacher F-6, you will support and guide students in their learning and development. You will collaborate with class teachers and other school staff to create a good work environment. You will also be a positive role model and create a safe and inclusive atmosphere for the students.
QUALIFICATIONS
As a substitute with us, you are a leader who takes pedagogical responsibility and has an easy time collaborating and building relationships with colleagues and students. You have a positive attitude, see possibilities and can adapt to rapid changes. It is important to us that you are attentive, creative and meet each student based on their circumstances. You can express yourself well in speech and writing and have experience using various digital tools. Previous experience working with children and young people is a merit.
