About the role: As a packer, you will be responsible for packing and assembling materials for production and ensuring that employees receive the correct materials at the right time to perform their work. Personal assistant to newly established position We are seeking confident, warm and skilled personal assistants for a newly established position where both full-time and hourly positions are offered. The position involves a client who communicates via a speech-generating device (alternative and augmentative communication) as they cannot speak verbally. They can use one hand and use a wheelchair. The person requires tube feeding and has a urinary catheter system via the stomach and needs care based on these medical conditions. The client's adult child also lives in the home and is involved in daily life. The client enjoys cooking, has a good sense of humor and is emotionally open — a family background with horse interests may mean that activities related to horses occur or that animals and outdoor activities are important for wellbeing. As an assistant you will become an important part of creating a safe, dignified and happy daily life. Work tasks include support with personal hygiene, transfers using lifting and transfer techniques, management of tube and catheter-related routines according to current guidelines and training, cooking and meal support based on client interests, communication support with the speech-generating device, and social and emotional support. You will plan and carry out activities that strengthen their participation and quality of life — for example cooking together, conversations, short outings or accompanying them to activities. We are looking for someone who is attentive, confident in care situations and can create a calm and positive atmosphere.
