You will contribute to change and quality improvement projects, both clinical and administrative. You share responsibility for personnel matters, administration, and documentation, and assist in deviation management, are responsible for ordering goods and materials, and handle invoices. The Clinic Coordinator is part of a management team alongside the clinic manager and is responsible for ensuring that operations are conducted according to established guidelines. The scope of your work tasks may vary; you work both administratively and clinically. You have good computer skills and very strong administrative abilities. Quality and efficiency characterize your work. You work with high ambition and value understanding, respect, and consideration. Since you will communicate with patients, relatives, colleagues, and in some cases authorities in your work, it is important that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Terms of Employment The position as Clinic Coordinator comprises a three-year appointment with the possibility of extension. A permanent employment based on your dental care training forms the basis of the employment with placement at the clinic. The position is full-time. Start date by agreement.
