Main Responsibilities As a Service Manager, you will have a coordinating role at the service workshop where you are responsible for daily operations and ensure that planning is followed and adjusted as needed. You will have customer contact and work on upselling. The role also includes administrative tasks such as sending quotes to insurance companies, invoicing, and reviewing on-call orders. You will be part of a team where we work together to create a fun and positive work environment. What We Expect From You You preferably have a vehicle technical education or work experience that gives you equivalent knowledge, but it is not a requirement. Since telephone and computer are your natural work tools, you need good computer skills. A Class B driver's license is required. It comes naturally to you to communicate and build good relationships both internally and externally. Previous experience in the trucking industry is a merit. Employment Type, Scope, and Location The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month probationary period.
