JOB DUTIES We are seeking an engaged and flexible employee for a combined temporary position that includes both student support in school activities and work at the recreation center. Part of the position involves working as a resource for a student in need of support during the school day. The assignment involves creating a sense of security, structure, and good conditions for learning and development. You will support the student throughout the school day, in instruction, transitions, and breaks, and serve as support in motivating, guiding, and establishing good routines. The other part of the position involves work at the recreation center. You will participate in planning and implementing activities and contribute to creating a safe, meaningful, and developmental recreation time for students. The work includes supporting students in play, activities, and social interaction, and working according to a rotating schedule that includes both opening and closing the recreation center. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is responsible, organized, and has good collaboration skills. You are comfortable working with students, have a solution-focused approach, and the ability to build good relationships. It is an advantage if you have experience working with children and students, particularly students in need of support. Experience working in a recreation center or other pedagogical activities is also an advantage. Knowledge of Sami is advantageous but not required. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: Start 2026-08-24 through 2027-08-12, end date: 2027-08-12.
