In collaboration with the university, we conduct research, development and education. We are seeking a registered nurse with an interest in pursuing a specialist nursing degree in perioperative care. Region Västerbotten now offers the opportunity for a training grant during your studies. You apply for the education yourself and are admitted based on your own merits. Once you have been accepted into the program, you submit your application for this position. Following that, a recruitment process will take place regarding a potential future training grant. The training grant is combined with a permanent employment position with Region Västerbotten with a placement at AnOpIva Umeå. 6 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a perioperative nurse with us, you contribute with knowledge and commitment that make people feel secure. As a perioperative nurse with us, you are responsible for the patient's safety, good care and nursing before and during surgery within your specialty area. You work independently while being part of an operating team. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a registered nurse with an interest in perioperative care. You have formal eligibility to apply for further education. We would like to see that you have several years of experience in acute care. You should be challenged by having an independent role and view flexibility as a given. You can handle acute and stressful situations. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, both externally and internally. Employment Type: Permanent position.
