The Role and Responsibilities As a BIM and Document Controller, you ensure that the property management department receives correct information from construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. You set requirements, review, and quality assure deliveries of BIM models, as-built documentation, operations and maintenance documentation, and technical data. The information must meet requirements regarding format, metadata, classification, naming, versions, and traceability before it is received into the management department's systems and archives.
