Your Responsibilities As a ski/snowboard instructor and activity leader at Kungsberget, you'll become part of an engaged and dedicated team. You'll work with both children and adults through group lessons and private lessons. This is a challenging and developmental role that demands high standards of your own skiing and your ability to teach others. You'll plan and conduct activities for our guests of all ages, organize children's après-ski, the Björnbusecupen competition, and snowracer evenings. Last but not least, you'll have the great honor of acting as our mascots Björnbusen and Björnbusan. The mascots play and fool around with children throughout the facility every day and are incredibly popular. Don't have ski instructor certification? If you're the right person for us, we'll help and cover part of your training. Selection of Job Duties: Organize and lead activities based on our activity offerings. Run ski schools for both children and adults, in groups and through private lessons. Work frequently on Fridays and Saturdays. Work intensively during holidays such as Christmas, winter sports break, and Easter. Evening shifts occur. You're comfortable with both English and Swedish. Merits Previous experience working with children. Driver's license and access to a car. Application This is a seasonal position from December to April and falls under HRF's collective agreement. Kungsberget collaborates with Ljung & Sjöberg to prevent alcohol, drug, and gambling issues and is a certified Proactive workplace against these problems.
