About the Role The section is responsible for quality assurance, development, implementation and evaluation of educational, exercise and training activities. Here you will have the opportunity to influence, improve and create long-term sustainable solutions in a complex and socially important environment. We are looking for someone who thrives in the intersection between technology and cyber capability, and who is motivated to work independently and create value for the organization. As a technical handler, you will be responsible for digital development of exercise and training environments and ensure participation in relevant collaboration forums within your area of responsibility. Learn more about us and our activities here: https://www.forsvarsmakten.se/om-forsvarsmakten/organisation/stridskrafter/cyberforsvar/om-cyberforsvar/ Main Responsibilities: You will be responsible for: Planning training linked to education and exercises as well as development of processes related to training activities in the cyber field Control of orders within your area of responsibility Technical development of digital platforms to support education and exercises Technical development of exercise and training environments in cyber range Ensuring FM's participation in national and international collaboration forums regarding cyber range development Assisting other project managers at the section Assisting C CFL with presentations on technical cyber education for FM's leadership. We are Looking for Someone Who Meets the Following Requirements: Academic technical education in the cyber field or other equivalent education/experience that the employer deems relevant Experience leading technical projects Very good computer skills including the office package Very good knowledge to express yourself in both speech and writing in Swedish and English It is Meritorious If You Have: Good understanding of the cyber domain Knowledge of FM's organization and/or education system Experience from a government agency Education in project management Class B driver's license Who Are You?
