Dedicated Unit Manager for Sollentuna Psychiatric Clinic, Psychiatry Northwest Psychiatry Northwest is a university clinic located in the northwestern part of Stockholm County's healthcare region (SLSO). We offer psychiatric specialist care in both outpatient and inpatient settings for adults over 18 years old throughout Stockholm County. Additionally, we provide national highly specialized care for adult patients with severe self-harm behaviors. Our operations encompass approximately 450 employees distributed across three general psychiatric outpatient clinics, four specialized clinics/units, a mobile acute unit, and two administrative units. The clinic, which is part of Psychiatry Northwest, is a well-functioning workplace with approximately 35 employees. The work team includes nurses, psychologists, physicians, counselor/rehabilitation coordinator, psychotherapist, and medical secretaries. Medical residents (AT and ST physicians), as well as students from various professions, are also placed at the unit. Responsibilities As a unit manager, your overall responsibility is to lead, follow up, and develop the clinic and its employees.
