WORK TASKS Your primary task is to provide each person with the care and nursing support they need, always with the individual at the center. With us, you will encounter varied and meaningful work where you combine independent responsibility with close collaboration. To create the best possible everyday life for our care recipients, you work in a team together with colleagues and other professionals in elderly care. Together we strive to offer a safe, active, and comfortable environment where each person has the opportunity to live as independently as possible. In your role, you work with care and support according to the Social Services Act (SoL), and you also perform delegated healthcare tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). You are present for care recipients in their daily lives and contribute with everything from personal care and meal support to social companionship and security. The work also involves participating in important forums such as APT meetings, team meetings, and incident meetings, all to ensure safe and professional care for our elderly. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in people and who enjoy creating security, participation, and joy in everyday life. If you have experience working with people with a dementia diagnosis, this is highly valuable. We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. It is important to us that you want to contribute to safe, professional, and dignified care for our residents. We value that you are resourceful and creative, and that you have a strong ability to create participation both with your colleagues and with the residents. You work independently, are flexible, and enjoy sharing your knowledge. We also see that you are courageous, committed, positive, and willing to be a bit stubborn when needed. Language skills beyond Swedish are valuable, but it is important that you have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. You also need to have good documentation and computer skills, as we work digitally in our daily work and develop implementation plans focused on individual needs. Work hours are varying with day, evening, and weekend shifts. This is something you enjoy to have a dynamic and varied work week. With us, you work every other weekend.
