We're looking for a dedicated CNC operator for our client outside Borås – a growing company in the manufacturing industry. The company is known for its modern machinery, high quality standards, and strong focus on innovation. We prefer that you live within a reasonable commuting distance and want to be a long-term part of the team.
Job Responsibilities
As a CNC operator, you will, among other things:
• Set up and program machines
• Work hands-on in production (not sedentary)
• Quality check manufactured products
The work is dynamic and varied, but involves no heavy lifting.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
• Is meticulous and quality-conscious
• Has a technical interest
• Is curious and wants to develop
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
Personal qualities are important – we want someone who thrives in an active and flexible work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
Requirements:
• Fluent Swedish (spoken and written)
• Experience from industry, preferably as a machine operator
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car
Meritorious:
• Blueprint reading
• Forklift certification
• Experience with CNC-controlled machines
• Experience setting up and programming machines
