We are now seeking a property manager for the management of municipal real estate. You will become part of the Property Management Unit, which manages nearly 270,000 m² of owned and 70,000 m² of leased properties. The portfolio has grown with several newly built schools and a new leased municipal building, and in the future there will be major expansion of residential facilities within care services. With us, you are never alone in your assignment. In the unit, there are technical property managers, a rental administrator, an administrator, and an IT systems specialist – and within easy reach you have an operations unit, energy specialist, project unit, and facilities strategist. This means you can spend your time on management and development instead of doing everything yourself. We are a small unit with short decision-making paths, where you get your own mandate to make decisions, drive your issues, and influence how we work going forward. Here you manage schools, preschools, and care facilities – properties that make a real difference for Enköping residents every day. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a property manager, you have overall responsibility for your own portfolio – finances, planning, management, and maintenance – with a focus on long-term value creation and spaces that work for the municipality's operations. • Technical and financial management of your real estate portfolio, including budget, forecast, and analysis • Maintenance planning and ordering of maintenance projects • Procurement of operations and external maintenance, with monitoring of completed assignments • Internal and external lease agreements – establishment and monitoring • Responsibility for regulatory requirements, inspections, and documentation • Structured customer meetings with the municipality's operations • Participation in new construction and renovation together with the Project Unit QUALIFICATIONS • Relevant higher education in construction/real estate or equivalent experience • Several years of experience in qualified property management • Documented experience in financial management: budget, forecast, and analysis • Good knowledge of building technology and installation systems (plumbing, electrical, control, and regulations) • Experience in maintenance planning, lease agreements, and knowledge of public procurement law, rental law, and contract law • Good digital skills and interest in AI and digital tools that develop operations You are structured, analytical, and business-minded, communicate well, and collaborate naturally with others.
