The Legal Affairs Department's mission is to provide legal expertise to institutions, departments, and units at the university and represent the university in legal matters, excluding labor law, as well as manage the university's central registry function and archives. The department currently has 15 employees. We are now seeking a document administrator for a fixed-term position in our department. Job Responsibilities The work involves managing the department's registry and archives. The department's system environment includes the diary system W3D3, the electronic forms system Portal By Formpike, and integration tools in a concept called "e-3d3". The position includes distributing, registering, and issuing documents, as well as answering questions from the public and employees.
