The services offered include native language instruction, study guidance, and modern languages. We work primarily with primary and secondary schools, and sometimes in adult education based on students' various needs. About the Job In your assignment, you will: - Take responsibility for and have insight into students' results, which means being responsive to each student's conditions and needs - Take responsibility for relevant professional development to grow and evolve in your profession - Have high expectations for students and their ability to develop - Capture and stimulate students' curiosity, interest, and learning Qualifications We view language instruction as a very important part of student development and goal achievement. A qualitative language development approach is therefore highly prioritized. We expect you to have a holistic view of student learning and be curious about developing your profession with us. Teacher training with certification in the relevant language is of course a merit. Job Responsibilities The work involves native language instruction at primary school level, conducted remotely. The assignment includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of instruction in accordance with the curriculum. As an educator, it is important to adapt instruction to students' needs and support their knowledge development. Your Profile We are looking for someone who has: - the teaching language as your native language. - teacher training or equivalent academic education with a pedagogical focus - experience as a teacher and experience working with distance learning and very good computer skills (G Suite or similar digital environments) - a formative approach. Interest in pedagogical development and varied pedagogical aptitude. - good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Other Information We apply the collective agreement between Almega Utbildningsföretag/Tjänsteförbunden and the trade unions Unionen/SI.
