About the Job In your assignment, you will: - Take responsibility for and have insight into students' results, which means being attentive to each student's conditions and needs - Take responsibility for relevant professional development to grow and develop in the profession - Have high expectations for students and their ability to develop - Capture and stimulate students' curiosity, interest, and learning Qualifications We view language instruction as a very important part of student development and goal achievement. A qualitative language-developing approach is therefore highly prioritized. We expect you to have a holistic view of students' learning and are curious about developing your profession with us. Teacher education with qualifications in the current language is of course meritorious. Job Duties The work involves native language instruction at the primary school level, conducted remotely. The assignment includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of instruction in accordance with the curriculum. As an educator, it is important to adapt instruction to students' needs and support their knowledge development. Your Profile We are looking for someone who has: - The current teaching language as a native language. - Teacher education or equivalent academic education with a pedagogical orientation - Experience as a teacher and experience working with remote instruction and very good computer skills (G Suite or similar digital environments) - A formative approach.
