A qualitative language development approach is therefore highly prioritized. We expect you to have a holistic view of students' learning and be curious about developing your profession with us. Teacher training with qualifications in the relevant language is a requirement. Duties The work involves study guidance in the mother tongue at primary school level, which takes place remotely. The assignment includes planning, implementation and evaluation of instruction in accordance with the curriculum. As an educator, it is important to adapt instruction to students' needs and support their knowledge development. Your Profile We are looking for someone who has: - the current teaching language as a mother tongue. - teacher training or equivalent academic education with a pedagogical focus - experience as a teacher and experience working with remote teaching and very good computer skills (G Suite or similar digital environments) - a formative approach. Interest in pedagogical development and varied pedagogical aptitude. - good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing Other Information We apply the collective agreement between Almega Educational Companies/Service Associations and the trade unions Unionen/SI.
