With us, you will meet patients with mental and behavioral health issues. Your task will be to meet our patients' needs for psychosocial support through, for example, supportive and/or therapeutic conversations. You assess the patient's mental health from a holistic perspective and treat the patient's mental and social health conditions based on evidence-based treatment methods. This can take place at an individual or group level. The psychosocial team consists of social workers and psychologists. In the team we work closely together and collaboration with other professions at the health center is our daily work; we have team rounds with the patient's best interests in focus. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist with authorization to work in Swedish healthcare, and Swedish language skills at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale. We also see it as meritorious if you have work experience from primary care and/or psychiatric outpatient care, or treatment work from other activities. We have a strong salutogenic approach at the health center. We work proactively to help patients maintain function and abilities. It is a requirement that you feel comfortable with this approach, as the psychologist plays an important role in the team that treats the patient.
