The services offered are native language instruction, study guidance and modern languages. We work mainly with primary and secondary schools, sometimes within adult education based on students' different needs. Linguista is located in two cities, Stockholm and Gothenburg, where we offer some of our services on-site (mainly in Stockholm) in the schools we collaborate with, but we also work with remote teaching to other parts of Sweden. About the job In your assignment you will: - Take responsibility for and have insight into students' results, which means being responsive to each student's circumstances and needs - Take responsibility for relevant professional development to grow and develop in the profession - Have high expectations of students and their ability to develop - Capture and stimulate students' curiosity, interest and learning Qualifications We see language instruction as a very important part of students' development and goal achievement. A qualitative language development approach is therefore highly prioritized. We expect you to have a holistic view of students' learning and are curious about developing your profession with us. Teacher training with qualifications in the relevant language is of course an asset. Job responsibilities The work involves teaching at primary or secondary level, which takes place remotely. The assignment includes planning, implementation and evaluation of teaching in accordance with the curriculum. As an educator it is important that you adapt your teaching to students' needs and support their knowledge development. Your profile We are looking for someone who has: - current teaching language. - teacher training or equivalent academic education with a pedagogical focus - experience as a teacher and experience of working with remote teaching and very good computer skills (G Suite or similar digital environments) - a formative approach. Interest in pedagogical development and varied pedagogical aptitude. - good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing Other information We apply the collective agreement between Almega Utbildningsföretag / Service Associations and the trade unions Unionen / SI.
