The services offered are mother tongue instruction, study guidance, and modern languages. About the Job In your assignment you will: - Take responsibility for and have insight into student results, which means being responsive to each student's circumstances and needs - Take responsibility for relevant professional development to develop and grow in your profession - Have high expectations for students and their ability to develop - Capture and stimulate students' curiosity, interest, and learning Qualifications We view language instruction as a very important part of student development and goal achievement. A qualitative language development approach is therefore a high priority. We expect you to have a holistic view of student learning and be curious about developing your profession with us. Teacher training with certification in the relevant language is of course a merit. Job Responsibilities The work involves mother tongue instruction at primary or secondary level, conducted remotely. The assignment includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of instruction in accordance with the curriculum. As an educator, it is important that you adapt instruction to students' needs and support their learning development. Your Profile We are looking for someone who has: - the current teaching language as their mother tongue - teacher training or equivalent academic education with a pedagogical focus - experience as a teacher and experience working with remote instruction and very good computer skills (G Suite or similar digital environments) - a formative approach. Interest in pedagogical development and varied pedagogical aptitude - strong knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing Other Information We apply the collective agreement between Almega Utbildningsföretag/Tjänsteförbunden and the trade unions Unionen/SI.
