WORK DUTIES Do you have a passion for HR matters and enjoy working in a broad role in a diverse organization? Are you ready for new challenges and opportunities, and do you have experience working with HR? Do you have a sensitive touch for interpersonal relationships and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational work? Are you driven by work in the health/illness field? If so, this might be a great opportunity for you to join our wonderful team. One part of the position is directed toward the Social Services sector. In that role, close support and collaboration with managers on operational personnel matters is the core of the assignment. Strategic matters at the sector and operational management level within the personnel area are also important components of the work. The duties encompass the HR field broadly, but rehabilitation, work environment matters, labor law, etc., together with first-line managers within the Social Services sector, form the foundation of the work. The second part of the position has its main focus on the health/illness field, from both a strategic and operational perspective. Health promotion work, development of work environment matters, and a focus on reducing sick leave are examples of important components of this assignment. The municipality has been working with health ambassadors for many years—employees who inspire and enable various health promotion initiatives in their daily work at their respective workplaces. Coordinating the important work of the health ambassadors is part of the job content. Another central initiative is to support the municipality's triads. The triad is systematic and close collaboration at workplaces between the roles of manager, safety representative, and health ambassador, with the aim of working together to promote health and establish the best possible work environment. Close contact and development together with the municipality's occupational health service is also a standing and significant part of the work. You will also work with Miljödata's work environment system, rehabilitation matters, annual SAM follow-ups, and other tasks within the areas of work environment and health. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: • University degree in personnel and working life or other university education that the employer deems equivalent. • At least 3 years of experience with qualified and broad HR work. • Experience working with work environment, health/illness matters including rehabilitation cases, or experience with HR work in high-volume operations. • Strong ability to provide operational and strategic manager support to managers on labor law matters and personnel issues. • Strong ability to express yourself well in speech and writing. • Good digital competence and experience working in operational systems and digital support systems. Meritorious: • Experience with HR work in public operations, preferably municipal operations. • Experience working with Miljödata's various systems. Personal Qualities Our managers need strong, trustworthy, and close HR support. Therefore, it is important that you work effectively, pragmatically, and attentively in your role, and that you enjoy working in an environment where much is happening. You appreciate working closely with managers. You are stress-resistant and have the courage and strength to handle many and difficult personnel matters. You are also flexible and can quickly adapt to new circumstances. You also have a good sense of what needs to be prioritized most from an operational perspective, when not all needs can be met at once. It is important that you are a team player, but that you are also accustomed to working independently and have the ability to drive and complete assignments in a structured and systematic way. You also have the ability to coordinate and ensure that activities involving multiple different actors are kept together. Generally good digital maturity, a positive attitude toward digitalization, and an interest in developing these matters are prerequisites for functioning well in this position. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Employment form: Fixed-term contract. Duration: Start date: To be agreed upon. We strive for equal gender distribution and view diversity as a strength; therefore, we welcome applicants from various backgrounds.
