DUTIES
As an occupational therapist, you will have a central role in assessing and strengthening individuals' opportunities to approach work or studies.
You will, among other things:
• conduct activity and work capacity assessments based on the individual's physical, mental, and cognitive conditions
• identify resources, obstacles, and needs for adjustments in relation to the labor market
• document assessments and contribute to planning and follow-up of individual interventions
• provide advice and consultative support to colleagues within the organization
• participate in group activities and develop work-oriented interventions
• collaborate with the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, health and medical care, social services, and other relevant stakeholders
• contribute to the development of working methods and processes within the labor market unit.
The work is characterized by close collaboration with labor market consultants, supervisors, and other professionals to create sustainable pathways toward work and studies.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a licensed occupational therapist and wants to use your expertise in a context where you make a difference for people every day.
You work in a structured and independent manner while enjoying close collaboration with others. You have a coaching and solution-focused approach and are skilled at building trusting relationships. You see opportunities, are motivated by development work, and have a genuine interest in people's path toward work and self-sufficiency.
We would appreciate if you have experience in work-oriented rehabilitation, activity or work capacity assessments, and collaboration with various authorities. Experience with assessment tools such as AWP or similar is meritorious.
A class B driver's license is required.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
