Finspång Municipality Seeks Preschool Teacher for Blåklinten

Do you want to work with us? Blåklinten Preschool is now seeking a full-time preschool teacher. The preschool is located in Igelfors, approximately 20 km outside of Finspång. The preschool currently has 13 enrolled children and the work team consists of 4 educators, including both childcare workers and preschool teachers. We collaborate with Björke School, which is located nearby, during opening and closing times as well as on certain school holidays. We work with children in smaller groups for most of the day in order to provide children with teaching and activities tailored to their individual needs and circumstances. To capture the children's questions and hypotheses, we use process documentation and reflect together each week. The preschool's pedagogical environments change continuously based on the children's needs, curiosity, interests, and exploration, in order to provide inspiring and educational instruction. Since Blåklinten is a small rural unit, we are looking for someone who is flexible and accustomed to taking personal responsibility. Your Future Responsibilities As a preschool teacher at our unit, you have overall responsibility for creating a safe and secure environment that attracts and challenges children to develop and learn. You are responsible for leading, evaluating, and analyzing education together with your colleagues and creating conditions to work toward the goals in the steering documents. You have responsibility for providing children and guardians with opportunities for participation and influence. Who Are You? - You are a licensed preschool teacher. - You are cheerful, curious, and have good collaboration skills. - You are structured in your work approach and interested in developing in your role as a preschool teacher. - You have the competence to carry out all tasks included in the preschool teacher assignment. - You want to help develop the preschool toward higher goal achievement. - You have a positive view of children and actively work with children's participation and influence. - You want to participate in systematic quality work and have ideas about how this can be developed. - You want to be part of educating our youngest citizens.
