JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nurse in municipal primary care, you work together in multidisciplinary teams with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, benefit advisors, unit managers, and care staff. Health and medical care services are divided into three geographic areas: north, central, and center. The teams work with both regular housing and care and service housing. In Borgholm Municipality, the health and medical care unit has well-established cooperation with Borgholm Health Center and ambulance services. The work consists of routine and advanced nursing tasks within home care and elderly care. We are committed to providing the best quality in every encounter with patients and work based on the national values with security, respect, and meaningfulness in focus. QUALIFICATIONS Registered Nurse/District Nurse preferably with further education or experience in home care, elderly care, palliative care, psychiatry, or open health and medical care. You should be confident in your nursing role and have professional experience within health and medical care. The work requires both independence and teamwork. A B driver's license is required. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration, start date: Start date by agreement. Working hours: Shift work. Anyone offered work, assignments, or internships in elderly care must provide an extract from the police criminal record. The registry extract to be used is: "Work in the home with elderly and people with disabilities," via the police authority's online service. The extracts must not be older than six months. The criminal record check is a requirement to begin employment or assignment.
