Project Manager for the Swedish National Property Board

About the Position We are now seeking a project manager (Technical Manager Parks and Grounds) at the Swedish National Property Board, based at Ulriksdal Palace. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and implementing maintenance and development projects within parks and grounds management. You will drive projects from analysis and preparation of decision materials through procurement, execution, coordination, and follow-up. The work involves responsibility for budgets, scheduling, and quality assurance, as well as close collaboration with property managers, operations teams, and contractors. You will be responsible for long-term maintenance planning of park and ground environments to ensure the properties' economic and cultural-historical values. OFP Coordinator at SJ

Do you want to help shape the future of maintenance? As an OFP Coordinator, you are a key part of ensuring that SJ's trains run safely and on time. Now we are taking the next step with Sweden's first OFP wheel inspection robot that records measurements for all train types, in a completely new workshop. This is a unique opportunity to help build an entirely new technology and develop cutting-edge maintenance methods. Your upcoming role As an OFP Coordinator, you are responsible for non-destructive testing (NDT) within traffic-adjacent maintenance, with a focus on inspections of wheels and axles. Through your work, you create optimal conditions for efficient maintenance production and help ensure that our trains are safe. We are facing an exciting development with Sweden's first OFP wheel inspection robot, which uses ultrasound to inspect wheels and measure wheel condition. You will be part of building state-of-the-art maintenance, where inspection measurements are recorded and analyzed for maximum precision. In this role, you ensure that testing procedures are always current and up-to-date. You drive and develop OFP operations together with other leaders within Traffic-Adjacent Maintenance, while also providing close support to our workshop personnel. The work includes setting up inspections of axles and wheels for all of SJ's train types, including our new Delta and Zeta high-speed and regional trains. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage OFP inspection operations within SJ's traffic-adjacent maintenance. Responsible for the team's work managing OFP equipment. Develop work methods and procedures in accordance with SJ's regulations. Contribute to developing training materials and training plans, and conduct new training sessions. Conduct equipment- and object-specific OFP training for workshop personnel. Support the setup of new or modified OFP maintenance and assist in procuring testing equipment. Qualify testing equipment and assist with internal and external audits. Perform OFP inspections to maintain competency and personal certification. Participate in maintenance of testing equipment. What we expect from you We are looking for someone with experience in OFP inspections on railway components, preferably with a focus on wheels, axles, and bogies. It is a merit if you have worked with OFP testing equipment and have a good understanding of the methods. If you also have competency in SS-EN ISO 9712 Level 3 UT and can approve methods, that is a great plus. The role involves you conducting training yourself, which makes it important that you are pedagogical, unpretentious, and enjoy sharing knowledge. You have previous experience in training and enjoy creating understanding in others. Since you will become a key person between workshop personnel, maintenance leaders, and external parties, you need to have excellent collaboration skills and be able to build trust across different levels.
