JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now looking for a colleague for the role of Electrical Works Supervisor. In this role, you will contribute with communication, planning, organization, and management of the daily work performed by your team. You will lead your team to perform work in a safe and high-quality manner and have financial responsibility in the project. Examples of job tasks may include: • Daily project planning • Update schedules • Plan and allocate resources based on project needs • Write or review work logs, self-inspections, and other documentation As a Supervisor, you have personnel responsibility for the electricians in your work group. You take your own initiative and are a good role model who engages and motivates, and ensures that your employees feel comfortable and well.
