Process Operator for Our Client in Brunna

About the Position Adecco is now recruiting process operators for our client in the pharmaceutical industry in Brunna, Kungsängen. To meet identified and growing skill needs, we are seeking candidates for both ongoing and upcoming assignments with the client. As a process operator, you will plan, prepare, and execute manufacturing according to governing and documentation procedures. You will ensure that production and raw material handling comply with applicable guidelines with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. In this role, you will also contribute to developing a sustainable, environmentally friendly, and optimized production process in a high-tech and regulated environment. Working hours are full-time and include 5-shift rotation, with the possibility of periods with 2-shift rotation. This position is a full-time consulting assignment via Adecco. Responsibilities: As a process operator, your tasks will include: Planning, preparing, and executing manufacturing processes according to governing and documentation procedures Maintaining, cleaning, and handling equipment, materials, and facilities Performing rounds and documenting them carefully Contributing to improvement work and deviation investigations Participating in the development and creation of governing documents and instructions Monitoring processes via computer systems Working with frequent and careful documentation We are Looking for You with: Completed upper secondary education Technical interest and understanding of systems and software Experience from industry, production, or process industry Experience monitoring production via systems Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is a Merit if You Also Have: Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing Knowledge of GMP Experience working in a cleanroom environment About You: We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone who is thorough, responsible, and has a strong interest in technology and problem-solving.
