JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Signal Technician at Infranord, you will encounter exciting, varied, enjoyable, and social work. You will spend much of your day outdoors with your team and collaborating with other colleagues. Your work primarily involves operation and maintenance, and occasionally new construction. The work also includes documentation, inspections, and fault reporting in various systems.
The position involves maintenance work on SL local railways, but may also include work on Trafikverket's railways.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
• Completed upper secondary education with specialization in electrical or signal technology.
• Completed basic signal training or ongoing training. For example, BSG1, BSG2, and
• Signal technical principles and basics (BSGS)
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
• Category B driver's license (manual)
It is advantageous if you have:
• Professional experience in signal technical railway work
• Electrical Safety Leader; track work, work equipment and track vehicles, low and extra-low voltage
• Safety and Security Leader (SOS Leader)
• Inspector (TSM) for A, L, E protection and track monitor
• SISÄ authorization
• Knowledge of various relay or computer-based signal control systems (e.g., model 59, 65, 85, 95, etc.)
• ATC equipment and system functions (BSATC), preferably experience from ERTMS
It is important that you are able to be flexible as night and weekend work occur in this position. On-call duty and travel to other facilities may occur.
